Hello
Today i will create
Tutorial number 115 from
500 Tutorials Marathon.
I will create a
Real Estate layout.
Let's start with a new document
Size 760 x 770 pixels
Background color: White
Select Rounded Rectangle Tool ( set the radius to 30 pixels ) and create a shape. I have used the following color #dfdac4
With the same tool create another shape. This time i have used the following color #cac09d
Select Ellipse tool and create a circle ( use the following color : #707070 )
Select one more time Rounded Rectangle tool and create another big shape
Now Drag this layer right above the background layer.
Rasterize this layer ( Go to Layer > Rasterize > Shape )
Then load the selection for the first layer we have created in this tutorial.
To load the selection hold the CTRL key down and press on the layer thumbnail with left mouse click

Now go to Select > Modify > Expand ( Select expand by 3 pixels )

Now select the big shape layer ( the rasterized one ) , and press one time on Delete Key from your keyboard.
press CTRL+D to deselect

Load the selection for the other shape
Go to Select > Modify > Expand ( choose expand by 3 pixels )
Then select the big shape layer , and press Delete on your keyboard
Then Press CTRL+D to deselect

Do the same steps also for Circle. i will not explain one more time the steps because i am sure you can do it alone

Now we will add some details. please add some text on the left side of the layout
Select Line Tool ( set the weight to 1 pixel ) and create some lines between the text
Now select all the layers with lines and press CTRL+E ( this will merge all the layers into a single layer )
Select Elliptical marquee tool and create a big selection like mine
Be sure you have selected the layer with horizontal white lines. then hit the Delete button from your keyboard
press CTRL+D to deselect.
Now let's add a image on our layout. Place the image right above the circle
With Elliptical Marquee tool, make a selection with the same size like our Circle ( or you can load the selection for the circle layer )
Press On CTRL+SHIFT+I to inverse the selection , then hit the delete key

Now please go to
www.free-photoshop.com and search for Brush #5 -Clouds. Download the brushes.
Load the brushes in photoshop, select a small brush from this package and add some clouds on the image
Now let's add a simple layer style for the big shape. Select the big shape layer ( the one above the background layer )
And add the following layer style

Select Rectangle tool and create a thin rectangle
No go to Filter > Distort > Shear
You will be asked if you want to rasterize the layer . Please press OK
Then use the following settings for the Shear settings

Now erase the top part of this shape
Now i will add some text and images on my layout
Then i will add also a text logo.
Now add the same layer style for all round shapes on top of your layout
