Firstly, that is called ripping.
Secondly, buy a VIP subscription, or get points from downplazza and you will be able to download everything.
Thirdly, stop being lazy and make it yourself :/

Jokimo, you need to slice it in photoshop, and then code it in dreamweaver.
There are plenty of tutorials for this on the internet, just search 'slicing and coding tutorial' and you will find loads.
