actually i am new to this adsense
can anyone please explain to me about this concept
and how do i go about it

Yo Dude,
here's a very simple explanation for you:

I am assuming that:
1. you have a site
2. it has some content (not just pictures)
3. you have an adsense account (from google just type in adsense)

So, on your site you have many pages, each page has it's own meta tags (such as title and description) along with it's content.

By using Adsense you are allowing Google to display ads on your pages.
These ads are chosen dynamically by google based on your meta tags and content - specifically the keywords that they find.

So the ads are displayed in whichever format you've chosen (the ads are included on your page by adding a small piece of java script that google provides to you).
Everytime a visitor comes to your site you want them to click on any of the google ads - this earns you money.

If you get lots of traffic and no-one clicks then you get payed per 1000 impressions - so you make something.

There's a fair bit more to it than this but this is basically what it's about.
Doing well with adsense is really an exercise in niche marketing.
