i have aseen a lot of ads on different sites and they don't have the "advertise on the site" in the banners.

Please can you tell me how to do this.
If i can do this i think i will be rich

You can remove the link:

1. Log into your AdSense account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab.
3. Go down to "OnSite advertiser Sign-Up and click edit.
4. Uncheck the box include me box.

i have tried now and it works. very cool. now i can increase my CTR

It's simple.
Most people see the glaring "Advertisement by Google" in the box and won't click on any displayed advertisements. This means no commisioned earned.
Quite simple.

Well go to your account setting and then go to - OnSite advertiser Sign-Up and click edit, then uncheck the box...
