Found this really great website that lets you know where to find a WI-FI HotSpot. I use it so I can access my portfolio when I am meeting my clients.

It is real easy to use, to find HotSpots near a location, enter a complete or partial address. By default, all locations within 1 mile. Click on "Browse by Region" to see all HotSpots in a city.
