When you start a new document be sure you will start with a small resolution . optimal is 72 pixels/inch

On the black shapes ( the body of your logo , tou can try to lower the opacity to 30 % for each layer )

On the front shape, when you set the stroke settings be sure you will set the width of the stroke to 1 PX
