Off course its good but the one that i am using since two years and with excellent output is Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-207 and i think it is the best of all. Also you can search here for others but if anyone wants recommendation then I will suggest him this only.
Secondly use headset of particular brand only don't go for any brand. foreg if you are using sony mobile then go for sony headset only not jabra or nokia
