Overe here there is a lot for all photo shop lovers well i am a designer not that professional just got a little experience i tried this tutorial but planed to use it for Body Arts Directory because this image wud suit only latest trend sort of tattoos directory or some Holidays Business Directory web page.
but i am facing a problem that when i change the opacity value into 25 it doesnt work as it is appeared here. elaborate this point.
