Ok, so my friend and I are working on a project together and he has the .fla's on his computer, but I wont be able to talk to him for another 2 weeks, but at the same time would like to learn some flash on my own. I decided to decrypt his .swf and it worked for the most part, except one of the actionscript functions had lots of symbols, squares, and is broken up.

What i'd like to do is repair that mess-up from the decrypter and then add on to it later.
(the boxes seemed to screw up the page.)

Now, I surfed through a little more of the code and found, which seems to be related:
I'm not sure if this can really be solved, but is there anyone possible to repair this part, or rewrite it? if so, how?
Our project involves JS, php, html, and flash spanned across multiple page, and the flash is redirecting to another page. Thanks.
