SWiSH Max and Adobe Flash Questions?
Isn't it that SWiSH Max publishes its files using the .swf extension, the same as that of Macromedia Flash? If so, Max then needs Flash Player for playback, right?
Also, will you be able to identify whether a SWF file is made from Flash or Swish Max (and other open source programs that also generates SWF files)?

I Use macromedia Flash MX, and it doesn't save to .swf extensions.

macromedia flash saves in the .fla format but publishes in .swf for non editable use
