Hello guys! im not very good in flash, but i know how to create simple animations in flash... can you guys help me on how to create a simple but nice effects in doing flash header?

well as of now, i don't im not concern about a kind of website i just want to practice in creating a flash intro or header. for example a hosting website! or a beach resort website.?
