whats the best way to make a circle around a logo move

as in starts as a dot and moves round as the movie plays?

dont really know how to explain it

Need more detail.

Does the dot get bigger and circle around the logo?

If so then the best way would probably to use a path in which the circle follows.
go to pixel2life.com or tutorialized.com and search paths.
