Hello,
Well I have been doing SEO from a long time but during these vacations i tried my hands on adobe photoshop and banner designing, I have a little query --- Can I use the free stock photos available on the net for designing my banners and selling them ?? Please share your views on best resources available for designing banners and tips related to designing.

stock photos are meant to be used for distribution. If they are free stock images you can use them however you like, I believe.

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.

All sites that offer free, or commercial, stock images, once purchased or downloaded, are yours to do whatever you please with, although you must not claim you took/made the stock photo/image.
