Want to make animated man in Flash

When I have seen in some site where some people are moving their head or hands, some are playing, some are talking, some are doing other activities. I was surprised to how they can do this but my friends told me that these are animated and made in flash or dreamweaver. I also want to make a animated man in Flash but i don't have enough knowledge about flash or dreamweaver so I been through number of website design company sites for some flash tutorial.
But still I am unable to make a animated man in flash, some body help me...............

You need to use image-ready or adobe flash which ever

no you dont.. flash is the best for animating-.- just google around and you`ll find it very quickly

You just need to make diffrent parts in Photoshop and put them together. I am working on a tutorial which will show you how to do that. I will put link in this reply. SOON.
