i found template for web but its in flash made...but only parts

eg. "toolbar" (home, forums, gallery etc. got me?) but i don't know how to rename it...

pls help (F1 F1 F1=help!)as fast as possible

Ok, here is how i do it if im to lazy to build my own....

1. Get yourself Sothink SWF Decompiler ( any software forum has it ) or buy it...
2. Export your flash nav from .swf to .fla ( now you have the source)
3. Open it with Flash CS3 or any other ( this one is my favorite and the best one)
4. Navigate yourself trough that .fla file in Flash and edit anything u think needs to be edited to fit your needs.
5. Save the new edited .fla file to .swf movie with the same name like the original .swf file ( or rename it anything u like ) but dont forget to rename the file name in your template

Now you should have new navigation bar in flash that suites your needs and look of your site
