Website generator from textfile by GZAKS

Need a tool which automatically generates websites (urls) from a text file with an existing website. I.e. textfile contains: aaa bbb ccc ddd Sites generated must be aaa.htm bbb.htm ccc.htm ..... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: ASP, PHP)
