**Needed by July 16th** Project Description: The project will simulate a blackjack game. One player (the user) will play against the computer. The player will be able to wager money on the game. The game will continue until the player does not want to play anymore or he/she runs out of money... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++)
