Hello!

Does anybody know how to import an Excel file containing list of items with Cost on Purchase and Total Value on Purchase columns rounded to 4 decimal places?
After importing from Excel into QuickBooks the contents of Cost on Purchase column appears in the Cost field of the Edit Item window in QuickBooks.

When I tried to import Excel file with Cost on Purchase Total Value on Purchase columns rounded to 4 decimal places, the import was not completed. I received error message: “Cost: Invalid Amount Format”.

QuickBooks accepts these fields rounded to 2 decimal places.
