How can I view who I have referred?

hi,
i dont think that it is possible for a normal user to view exactly who they have referred in vbulletin.
However, i believe it is possible for admins to view which usernames have referred who
edit: taken from the vbulletin manual

The administrator of the vBulletin software can use the "Referrals" control panel feature to find out which users have received referrals. In addition, the administrator can view a list of all the new usernames that the user has referred to the bulletin board.
