Are the apple G5 desktops any good, when i say good i meen perform better than windows. The main uses for my pc are grahpic design, coding, music production, im and net browsing. Would a mac do better than windows?

my friend said they perform some number faster then windows, wish i could tell you but i forgot :/

i have never tried mac, but i like windows a lot
