We reserve the right to refuse any transfer or resell of any purchase license at our discression. Prior consent must be obtained and place sale swill be held before any offer for transfer may begin. Failure to obtain permission can result in non verification of vaild license for sale and cancelation of license. A $10 transfer fee will be required before transfer can be completed for any license sale.
