Ho do I create a button with photoshop like attached file?

It is very simple.

Select Rounded rectangle tool.
Then delete some parts from this button until you get the shape you want,

then apply a layer style. You can find a lot of layer styles on www.free-photoshop.com

Do you mean how do u make a link on buttons created by photoshop?

Youll have to host them if you want to use them on your website

www.photobucket.com is good for that

i dont have enough posts to see ur image but

if u want to make just one button in photoshop
design it how u want
slice it
open it up in dreamweaver and link it from there

if ur doin a whole website in ps
then do the same thing, slice out everything with the slice tool that ur gna use for links etc

save it for web
open the html file in dreamweaver
and link ur slices to whatever they need to b linked to
