Mouse Follower in Flash

How do i make a mouse trail. I have this moive. When i move the mouse to a sertain point it will go to the next frame. And when it reaches the point i want it to it will go to the next frame.
So i want to make a game. your a ladybug. ANd you have move the mouse pointer to the end of the leave. And also a version that you use the keyboard. any help??? Thanks Lukeintosh
