I've got an order for 35K images that I'm getting backed up on all because of one stupid, stupid STUPID problem. The guy wants me to make borders for these shapes, but without the shapes being in the image. They basically have to be a transparent .png of the border for the shape.

However, when I try and make borders by using Stroke, and then merging the effects and deleting the shape...the border loses it's anti-aliasing. And he's not happy at all to see a bit of pixilation.

Any tips on what the heck I can do? I really need to get this order out of the way so I can get cracking on some other stuff, hehe!

Anyone?
Even some tips on just how to make quick borders for shapes that look nice in transparent .pngs or .gifs?
