a .swf problem

hi i have this from a web template but dont know how to edit the buttons to add links
i have the .swf and .fla file but dont know which one to edit or how can anyone help

i would be grateful for any help

edit the .fla file and more importantly you need to know actionscript :] let me find a tutorial online and ill repost.
