usually ill just insert the layout as a large image file, and center align it.
then just use the layer tables to write words and hyperlinks. i know there are other ways of doing this, but this is the way i have found useful to me. if i find a new way i will write it up as a tutorial some time...

i have the same problem, i made a stalish layout and i dont know hoe to load it directly to dramwaver.
my solution is to make each part of my layot separated and then load them into tables into the dreamweaver. i read here tah you can load a css document in the dreaweaver, but i donīt know if that is the solution. greets Dimix
