I would like to add a photo gallery in my website, I know you can create it with Dreamweaver but I also want to style it with animations and also make my layout consistent. Whats the easiest way to do this?

you can do a bit wid simple javascript. if tou know ur target audience will be IE users u can use image transitions for effect
