How to edit the design with code?

Hi,

Hi,

I have never designed nor edit .psd template, i just edit pre-templates which comes coded with html so that makes it easy. Anyway, can someone please tell me how do you code a .psd template to HTML? like i have a .psd template, how can i make links on the menu ?

if you have a good article or flash tutorial, i'd really appreciate.
