ok i have designed various website but have nver grasped cutting an image out for my website e.g. on the chopper tut made by the admin he calls it a render but when i find my preferred image and i want it on my page how i extract it neatly. i hve used Magnetic lasso many times but is ot an easy job and can be messy any ideas,techniques,tips or processes for it?

there is a slicing tool that cuts your layout into different images.
