Gradient' Fails in .JPG' files

Hey, how can i delete these kind of 'levels' in JPG images with gradient?




[Look to the end of the image, the levels]


Can i edit this in Photoshop?

rsdene is on a distinguished road
as far as i aware you cant remove anything from jpeg's, you will need to extract the part of the image you want and apply your desired background

theres no way u can delete a gradient out of a jpeg
unless u go out whatever u want to keep with the lasso tool or erase around it
and take that part an put it on ur own backround
