slice up this one

Hi guys,

i'm learning photoshop and dreamweaver from a couple of months now and this site just rocks. at the moment i am learning to slice things up with imageready and put that in a nice html in dreamweaver, i've download this Portfolio Layout #6 psd file, but how do i slice this up so when i want to put a lot of text in the area of "latest news" this sort of speaks extends along with it?
