You have to cut it out. You can ask Google to learn how it works - e.g. 'psd to xhtml' or 'psd to html'.

It is called 'slicing'. A good guide for slicing can be found on Learn how to slice your templates into fully standards compliant XHTML and CSS!.

Take the tutorial. It's easy

Slice up the file mate! Then export it to a html file which then you can incorperate with otehr coding languages such as PHP.
