Help with Photoshop/Dreamweaver LINKS!

Ok guys, I have a teplate that I designed in Photoshop, but how do I link the font and buttons to other pages on the site. Is there some sort of box that I can put around the text? or an EASIER way of doing this. I need help. Thanks in advance.
