how to use this as a patterns in photoshop cs3?

Guys, I found this pattern website " Squidfingers / Patterns " and I do not know how to use it in photoshop cs3.

Can anyone of you tell me what to do in order to use it ?

1) Download the pattern
2) Unzip
3) Open it in Photoshop CS3
4) Edit menu -> Define Pattern
5) Give it a name an press Enter
