There are some great weblayout tutorials in here..i have no problems to redesign these layouts ..but i am a bad coder..so how do i use this layouts?
i don't now how to make the whole background stay at his place and let just the content move down if u..read the text..or something.

i know how to fix the background..with css background attachment fixed...but i need to know how to fix pictures..... cause i have used pictures as headers..

Ass thiseggzz is saying, you need to slice the background image. Follow another tutorial of you to implement a layout to compliant XHTML and CSS and you´ll get the hang of it.
