An individual's work is placed under copyright law as soon as it leaves that person's mind and is placed in some physical form ie paper, be it a painting, a musical work written in manuscript or an architectural schematic. Once in physical form, as long as it is an original work (in the sense of not having been copied from an existing work, rather than in the sense of being novel or unique), copyright in that work is automatically vested in (i.e. owned by) the person who put the concept into material form.

No it is not, the information is quite clearly on talk-mania and posted by the talk-mania owner "admin". some programs dont have the company logo/name/copyright in it but this does not mean you can use it or steal it for your own...

I have to agree with Matthew on this one...they cannot take your work and not say where it's from...think about any essay you've done, you have to credit the author from where you got your quotes...If you present a work with your name on it it is assumed that the work is yours unless you give the credit to the person who actually created the piece...so simply not saying THIS BELONGS TO ME does not in any way absolve the person who has taken the work and placed it elsewhere...I see this problem in my classroom every single time I assign a project...they go online then copy/paste the information and present it as theirs...this is plagiarism and copyright infringement...the student fails the project!

if you see on this tutorial website there are links to talk-mania

So links like good-tutorials, pixel2life , rnel, pslover, and many others are not stealing my tutorials . they promote talk-mania by placing talk-mania tutorials on their websites

Well if they are going to post on other sites then give credit to you also you should change the way you do it watermark the work then there will be no ripping.
