-- The categories are good enough, I think we don't have to setup more.

-- I think if the PSD files which has all layers and even action history can be shared with us, it will be incomparable wealth for newbies.

tutorial9.net has this cool "School of Photoshop" thing. Why not make something similar which also includes Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc

For the category..

I think definitely tutorials.. Video tutorials would be best. But also more specific design tutorials like photoshop tutorials, etc.

Types of files..
Wouldnt hurt to have some vectors (my preference) also psd's.

Other suggestions..
Talk mania is already a great forum. This thread was a great idea just dont stop what your doing!

I think there is still one thing that a forum like this should have. A NEWS section on digital media or something like that the member will always be updated on current events.

An update to the site would be nice. Do you really need such a large banner and icons? Can you move the banner to the bottom - please???

I think that all the tutorials should have their own categories with sub-categories inside them for different uses. For an example, Flash could have a sub-category such as Web design, or even banners or something!!

... The list goes on...

3. Another suggestion
Another suggestion that could go well is having video tutorials as well as text tutorials. That may help a lot of people here on TM as some people like to watch before they do =]
