Make a new document. 500 x 250 px.

Start of by making a black window.


Put stroke on it:


Like this...


Then make a new layer and make a Rectangle. The same color as the Stroke.


Zoom in as much as you want to and start from one point to erase to the other.


Should look something like this


Put these settings on




Then you choose the "Line tool" and make a straight line. Go then to
EDIT >> Free Transform Path. And rotate it som degrees.


Duplicate the layer 2 more times.

Now make a new layer. Make a Rectangle a bit smaller then the last one.
put stroke so you can see where it's.


Make these settings on the Rectangle








Put some text on and it should look something like this.

Could be better. Lower the pacity on those indents and set to SOFT LIGHT.
