This Is our finished product:

First, lets start with our image.
I chose a 400 x 100 canvas but you can choose whatever.
Let's make the gradient background.
Select the gradient tool () and set the foreground color to #0C00FF and the background to #0B1C6F.


Now drag the gradient line from left to right.
Now add some text (I used the Freestyle Script font):

I used white as the font color but you can use whatever.
Now let's add the text effects:
Double click the text layer to bring up Layer Styles
Set the Outer Glow:

Now the Bevel and Emboss:

Now the Satin:

Now a Gradient Overlay:

Now add a stroke:

This is your finished product:

And you're done!

Man it's too simple. One can do such 'logo' (it is not logo!) after one install photoshop! Try something more difficult and do not be sad !
