Hey everyone!
Open a new Document.
Sizes : 500x125

Fill it with black.

Make a new Layer and brush some brushes on the new layer(with WHITE!)
For this tutorial I used a brushset from "r0man.de"

It can now look like this:


Make a new Layer.
Take a round soft brush(about 300 px) and brush with some color(s) a few times on the picture :


Now change the Blend Mode of the Color Layer to "Color"(or maybe "Overlay" if u want to).


This could be your result now:


Press D to get black and white as colors.
Make a new layer and make Cloud Filter.

Filter > Render > Clouds
Blend Mode of the Cloud Layer should be "Overlay"

Now again a New Layer.
Fill it with black and add following Layer Styles:



Add a text and it's finished!


Hope you'll like it.

Smith. U can download "Brush Sets" so you will have different and abstarct brushes.

For this tutorial, you can also duplicate the Brush Layer and add a Gassian Blur filter(about 3 px) to the layer(To the normal brush layer under the duplicated) and set the opacity about 48%.

You will have a nice effect
