CSS issue between browsers

Alright guys i have a question for everyone that as noobish as it might be but i have a problem with the site im making for my web design business , and that is that on Firefox, and Safari the Header is positioned in the right spot, yet in Internet Explorer the isnt positioned correctly, so could some one give me a suggestion on how to fix this, like a code to detect and change the style sheet depending on which browser the person viewing it is, or something else to fix it.

And by the way here is the my site see if it does the same for yall.
