I might make one, but I can already give you an idea of how to;

1. Use the slice tool to select all images that should be seperated as one image, for example ; buttons
2. Go to file -> save for web, and then hit the 'save' button, and choose for 'html and images' , choose a destination and click 'ok'
3. Now the layout has been exported in the images you sliced out of it and one html file which creates the layout with the images, now you can edit that file, and for example make the button images (if you have any or something) a link, etc.

Good Luck
Hope you understood, kinda hard to explain well in short, but might make a tutorial for it as I said ^_^

u have to export your slice to jpg gif or png, or to play with the css to get a nice text that will be similar to your psd but in the most case your nice designed text will be an image btw

I've read alot of tutorials about coding and designing. I came across this website http://www.slicingguide.com/ it gives great step-by-step instructions on how to go about slicing your PSD and coding it. I highly recommend this website.

If you're feeling really lazy, then check out PSD2CSS (http://psd2cssonline.com/). It will take your PSD file, and convert it to a layout in a few minutes. And it's free! Can't get much better than that.
