Im stuck on Scrollbar?

hey i used <div style=overflow:scroll> , but when i was done typing, it did not scroll. any suggestions? what an i doing wrong? or can someone give me a code for scrolling please!

I used the same code and it worked fine ? Could you please paste the whole code where you need the scroll ?
