Need help with Perl
I've just started utilising the perl language it's syntax is not that far from php. However I'm having trouble opening a file with the while(<>) loop where the <> calls an external file. I'm trying everything in windows xp command prompt but I can't get anywhere the thing just stares bask at me. Can someone help me please???!!!!
