I like a lot your idea with navigation bar on the bottom of the layout
Your layout looks good so far. You can improve the layout by adding some lines between :

Voice Comms
------------

The flash in the middle is great, you can have there a lot of information displayed randomly : shop products, Web hosting , etc...

then add more images and i am sure your layout will look very nice

Try to align the text and that's it

Someone else had mentioned that they were having a problem with the inner shadow on the main border, and I am having the exact same problem, if someone could let me know what I am doing wrong I would appericiate it.

When you apply the inner shadow setting, are you sure you have the fish selected ?

I have tried it with the fish selected, and without, and I get the same result, I am just not sure what I am doing wrong. I am very new to all this though, so you'll have to bear with me.

I really don't see what problem you have.
If you follow further my tutorial you will see that i have duplicated the fish layer one more time, then i have used another layer styles

Please be more specific. What do you think is wrong in your layout ?
