For the best looking effect use the 'fish eye' warp, i think it looks the most on admin's picture

I can't get the light sparkle good..
How do you get it that nice?
I tryd it over and over again, but every time it looks nothing like your's

I am using a Wacom Tablet. you can get the same effect by lowering the brush opacity
let me know if this helps you

( do not forget to zoom in when you will work with brush tool )
