You can find some free ones, use google. But if you want one tailored to your needs and wants, I suggest paying someone. It all depends on the prices of the freelancer you hire. Most people charge 100+ dollars for the template, and 50+ dollars for each additional page. So expect to pay a lot.

I have had luck using interns for this type of work. Look around the Net and you should find one that's willing to do it for free. Usually you just have to give them credit for the work.
