Searching for proffesional web designer

Hi,
I'm searching for a proffesion web designer which is using Photoshop and already have a lot of experiences and is good in:
- creating;
layouts
logo's
banners
adverts
etc

And who'd like to work with me and maybe some more people to create a site(/little company) which sells web -templates, -programs, scripts, logos, etc.
About the money will be discussed once the site would be up.
