Need Help to Rebuild Site?

I recently relocated web site html files from one host to another.

The original host [sitebuild] was based on a website builder and templates, so when I moved I only had acccess to the contentfiles I had created, so all the support, css, navigation buttons, and image files did not migrate with me.

What is the easiest way to get that site functioning again....is this something that non-programmers like myself get trapped into regularly.

Looking for advice or assistance
