Hello

I'm using Weaverslave for HTML, CSS, PHP & Co.
http://www.weaverslave.ws/

Or do you want a "What you see is what you get Editor" like Dreamweaver?

I used dreamweaver 8. It is very good for all kind of scripting language, like php, html, css etc.

I use Dreamweaver CS3, it's really easy to use. That or MS FrontPage.
